This is a very nice bowling alley to go bowling at. Unfortunately, the pro shop is certainly NOT staffed by pros. I bought a ball there but when the guy at the pro shop drilled the thumb hole he used a fitting that was so tight it ripped the skin off my thumb when the ball came off. His solution for fixing it? Sand the hole down to make more room (note: sanding is always free). To make matters worse, he actually charges a fee just to drill the thumb hole bigger! I went to another bowling alley in Wilsonville and the guy at that pro shop drilled the thumb hole bigger for FREE! Talk about poor customer service at Park Lanes.\r

While I would certainly recommend Park Lanes to others to go bowling at, make sure you go elsewhere if you decide to get your own bowling ball.
Pros: Great atmosphere, excellent place to go bowling, reasonable per game prices
Cons: The folks at the pro shop don't know how to drill a bowling ball properly
