If you don't love golf or have kids, stay away. Kids are everywhere and very loud. The hotel is pleasant enough, but very bland in decor. Service is as expected. Unlike other Four Seasons, though, you've got a lot of surfer type workers literally speaking to you from a script. It feels a little forced/redundant/corporate. True luxury experiences I have enjoyed are more spontaneous than this.
They did upgrade us without asking at check-in. Help with bags at check out takes forever. The bed is hard and the least luxurious I have experienced at a 5 star despite the Frette sheets. The shower has weak pressure. The adult pool is lovely. The gardens are great. There's just something a little off, but I'm not sure what.
