Park East IS a Pueblo Tradition. I was a little worried that the new ownership that reopened the restaurant would make so many changes that it just wouldn't be the same. They did make changes, and it is not the same, it's better. Many of the recipes are original recipes from the family who owned it before. They've added some great other menu items too. The atmosphere is MUCH improved. Local Artwork adorns the walls, and live music in the lounge makes this a much more happening place than it once was. My personal recommendations include the Tempura Vegetables, the Park East Salad (instead of the caesar), and any of the Steaks. I found the desserts to be rather unimaginative and expensive for what they were, but maybe that will change in time. I've recommended this place to EVERYBODY I know who visits Pueblo, and I've not heard one disappointed person yet.
Pros: Atmosphere, Food, Service
Cons: Desserts
