I've been going to Dr Bateman and his colleagues since 1987 and I have only good experiences each and every year. I now live half an hour away, and I know the drive is worth it to be treated kindly and expertly. I've gone through cavities, crowns, and gum recession as the years have progressed, yet the only image that comes to mind when I think of the office staff is smiles. If you're looking for a keeper, look no more. more

Excellent courteous friendly professional care 10/21/2011

I believe I had 5 small fillings done. Pain free, told all along what was happening, treated very well, friendly, professional and with great care. My over all experience was great. Done in a timely fashion and afterwards I feel fine. more

Todays Cleaning 10/18/2011

Then the dentist comes in and rushes through Scarlett leaving Atlanta. Our doctor recommended you guys because you were not like my last dentist. Same rush em in rush em out. Otherwise very pleasant people. more

Everyone on staff is so friendly and caring. I have seen each of the doctors now and each is as wonderful as the next. Alexsis has always been my hygenist and is the best :) more

Well all in all the staff was friendly, and everything went well. But what disappointed me was the fact there was no financing plans available to make the bill easier to handle. Other than that I have no complaints about this place. So for anyone who uses them be prepared to pay up front. more

This is a wonderful practice. Everyone is professional and caring. You are happily greeted by everyone in the office. There is never a long wait. Tisha is my hygienist. She is GREAT! Gentle but thorough. Dr. Snapp provides great care. My husband and my father are paitents. My family would highly recommend this practice. more

Friendly, gentle, and excellent 10/6/2011

As always, my visit to Park Cedar was far from the nightmare one might imagine when considering the dreaded dental appointment. Understanding where the sensitive areas were around my teeth, Alexis avoided inflicting the cold water torture that really belongs in a psycho horror flick. Thanks again, Alexis! My family has gone to Park Cedar for years, and we highly recommend this team. more
