I was very impressed with my experience at Park Cities Ford. This was my first time purchasing a car so I was pretty nervous, but everyone that crossed my path made me feel more and more comfortable about the process. I can't say enough nice things about my wonderful car salesman Travis. He had a warm, friendly approach and made me feel like I was top priority. Carlo thoroughly explained my financial options and made it easy to make a such a big decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to others (and have already done so) since I had such a positive experience. more

Each person there made me feel like a VIP. Not only my sales person, Damion, but also several of the managers. My wife was not present during the buying experience but did come in to sign papers and Damion interacted with her promptly by remembering her name as if she had been part of the whole process. I had gone to other for dealership prior to shopping at Park Cities-absolutely no comparison in the way I was treated – Park Cities gave me the professional level of business interaction that I desired. more

My vehicle developed a problem while traveling from Mexico to Canada. Stopped in Dallas, and Ken Love and Dennis at parts were able to squeeze me into a busy Monday schedule. We drove the car for 30 hours straight after that with the problem no longer troubling us. Thanks for your excellent staff and service. more

Good afternoon my wife and I just completed the purchase of a 2009 Lincoln MKX yesterday from PC Ford Lincoln. We took possession of the vehicle of Saturday. I just wanted to give some credit where credit is due. We worked with Carlo Aguilar in your finance department. He was very knowledgeable and expedient about getting all of our finance paper work in order for us to sign, it even ended up that Carlo was able to get us a better interest rate than we first expected and our payment ended up being slightly reduced. It was truly a pleasure working with Carlo and being able to take advantage of this knowledge and be treated with the professionalism that Carlo showed us.
