The chef/owner has amazing skills. The fried chicken is better than my grandmothers (I hope she isn't reading this). Anytime we head to Charleston, I will absolutely bypass some of the more famous restaurants to eat here - it is a MUST! We would recommend the tomato pie for an appetizer, the pasta, and/or filet. Overall, you can't go wrong. This restaurant serves great food without any of the pretentiousness.
