Park Avenue Medical Spa

I have had yet another wonderful experience at Park Avenue Medical Spa! Growing up, I was always self conscious about the amount of hair I had on my arms. I had a constant debate with myself as to whether or not I should have it removed and with my wedding coming up, I decided to go for it. I had some worries because I'm SUPER sensitive and have an extremely low tolerance for pain but Angela was amazing.As always, she was so assuring. She talked me through the entire process, ie, length of the treatments, pain level, laser levels, expected results, etc. She was so gentle and even I had NO pain. In fact, I just made an appointment for laser hair removal for my legs and underarms. The results she spoke to me about seemed to be too good to but true, BUT I have only had 2 treatments and there is minimum hair growth. It was the best choice I made. I have been going to Park Avenue for almost 5 years now. I know that is the to go place when I have a blemish or my skin is acting out. I have many acne scars and Dr. Tchelebi and staff was able to make them barely noticeable with different peels and laser treatments. My body is almost hair free now. Both my daughter and I have been going to this spa for several years. We moved to Manhattan and yet we keep driving up to Armonk - it is truly worthwhile. Not only is the ambiance amazing and the staff extremely knowledgeable of the latest European discoveries in skin care, but the doctor is one of the most skilled professionals I have ever come across. She takes the time to review all possible treatments and always suggests the best options. She treated my daughter's acne successfully when several top Manhattan dermatologists failed. All the procedures I have had , have worked extremely well, without exception. I would recommend the spa without hesitation! more

A couple of years ago I had botox done here and it did not work and I had to go back and have it done again. Well, I stopped going to Park Ave and had botox done at a different in CT spa twice - and both times it worked like a charm. Flash forward to now and I, stupid me, went back to Park Avenue Med Spa for botox - having forgotten what happened a couple of years ago. Forgot until the botox did not work again this time!!! But this time I went back - to have the doctor fix it - and she was INCREDIBLY rude. It was bizarre - she wanted me to pay again and her logic was that it didn't work the first time - so I should pay again. Really, really unprofessional. Well, she ended up giving the botox again - and AGAIN IT DID NOT WORK. more

This is the best Spa I have ever went to, like heaven. The decor and ambiance are beautiful. The aromatherapy will really make you feel so relaxed as well as the beautiful flowers they have. Pros: Professional service, staff and ambiance Cons: NONE more
