This is a terrible company. I worked there for about 9 months. The company policy is to overbook time slots (For example, there will be two 10:00 patients on the schedule) just in case one doesn't show up. I wish I was making this up. Then when both patients show up, they have the front desk lie and say ""We're running behind"". They DO NOT CARE about their patients, all they care about is money. Also, I was not provided adequate training to do my job the best I could. There are litereally dozens and dozens of things to remember for the kind of work I did there. After two weeks, I was thrown to the wolves. When I inevitably started making mistakes, they started pestering me about why I was making mistakes and falling behind on the schedule! Their motto was ""Work at lighting speed and don't make mistakes"". The time slots I was provided for my patients was not adequate to properly care for them. Of course, the people making the decisions on the time slots have never been in patient care in their lives and have no clue. Also, the director of the facility is nothing more than a ""yes man"" for the corporate higher-ups. She has zero technical experience in the radiology field yet somehow thinks she can tell me how to do my job. When quizzing me about my ""shortcomings"", I tried to defend myself - it was like talking to a brick wall. She had a comeback for EVERYTHING, and she thought she knew everything. She also had spies throughout the building. Henchman. They would report to her their spin on everything. One henchman was particularly evil. This woman was good friends with the director, and would repeatedly stab people in the back to earn brownie points. Eventually, with no warning whatsoever, I was fired for ""poor job performance"". Yeah right! I've never been fired in my life! I have a bachelor's degree in my field and, in all honesty, am 100% better qualified to run that place than any of the dolts in that building. If you are looking for employment and would like to be treated like an idiot, go apply there. If you are a patient looking to be disrespected, go get an exam there.
