Don't park here. Find another facility that controls access to their lot better -- it will cost you otherwise.
You won't find this information anywhere on their website, and I couldn't even find it on my tickets - but they accept zero liability for anything that happens in their facility.
I found this out because my car (self parked, in the touted "24-hr security monitored" area) was broken into during a 2 day stay, and the bottom of the steering column ripped out. The 'security' presence is apparently worthless, because they either have no information about what happened, or are refusing to share it.
The attendant tried to be helpful, but he wasn't authorized to do anything - not even refund my ticket - and there was no manager on duty (at 10pm on a weekday). To even get my ticket refunded, I had to complain as high as the regional manager. Everyone was polite and returned phone calls promptly, but only to tell me they won't pay for anything -- and my car's still being held together with scotch tape.
Since this parking structure can be accessed by anyone walking off the street or working in the multi-level building above it, and since they're not going to take any responsibility for what happens in their lot -- you'd better go to a lot that does a better job of controlling access. That building is simply too vulnerable, and you shoulder all responsibility.
Pros: price
Cons: unsafe lot, confusing parking
