i am constantly having trouble booking and keeping my reservation. once again i arrived for my haircut, my reservation had gone missing. my stylist had remembered seeing me on the book that morning and i had somehow been taken off a few hours before my arrival. they then said that it wasn't a problem and that i could just see someone else. i wasn't asked if i wanted to see someone else, i was just told. i am very loyal to my stylist and wouldn't think of someone else doing my hair. problems with reservations keep occuring. the front desk staff even has difficulty looking up my rewards number. they have also frequently gotten the names mixed up on the reservations substituting my mother or husbands name for mine. the front desk staff at this location needs much more training. more

I really enjoyed my vist to your salon. From the moment I walked in until I left, I was treated with warmth and courtesy. Audra did a fantastic job cutting and syling my hair. She listened to me and then tailored the cut to my lifestyle. My hair looks great and is easy to care for. My hair does not require a lot of skill or time to 'fix'. I really like the products I purchased, too. Thanks a lot. more

Ashley did my color, she was awesome. She picked the perfect colors for my skin tone, and even explained what would work and what wouldn't and why it wouldnt. She was very reasonably priced. She explained the products and even sent me home with a sample, which I went back a purchased a few days later. more

I appreciate that Stephanie and Shana work hard to accomodate my hectic schedule. They are always ready at my scheduled appt. time and are both very professional. They ask what I want but will also provide suggestions when I want them. That is why I have been using them as my colorist and stylist for so many years. more

Satisfied 6/7/2011

I called for an appointment an got one the same day. Staff was very friendly and polite. My massage was awesome. I could have took a 2 hour nap afterwards. I also took advantage of the steam shower which felt great after my massage. I would have loved to spend the entire day there and get a hair cut, mani, and pedi. I think I will do that next time more

I have been going to Paris Parker on and off for many years. Recently, I tried a new stylist, Erica E., and she was great! I can not tell you how much I appreciated her patience, understanding and committment to give me a cut I love. She really took the time to understand me and what I wanted. She is also very reasonably priced. (My former stylist is now too pricey for me.) P.S. I am ALWAYS happy with Rhonda's color. It's great to be able to relax and know she'll do a great job. more
