Because scheduling an appointment with Paris Parker Perkins Rowe, I specifically asked for someone familiar with a specific texture of hair. I was paired with someone who was a professional talker and held no true skills in hair. My hair looked exceptional before arriving, compared to my end results. Management was not accommodating at all!! Charged me a great amount of money, after expressing I strong dislike and my being deeply unhappy with the disgusting results. The empathy whatsoever. End result I had to miss a very important event and will never go back to them and will never recommend others to go and will continue to let people know of this experience! more

I will never go back to that salon again and I not recommend anyone else to either. My daughter and I went together for her 25 birthday. Our birthdays r only 4 days apart. Every year we plan something a bit crazy to do together. This year we wanted to get some highlights with those wild colors, pink and blue, and I wanted to change my color completely. We went to the salon the week before to talk to the staff about what we wanted and to be sure that they were experienced in this area of highlights. After all this was our birthday celebration and we always do our best to insure it will be a wonderful experience and a fond Memory. We both had appointments at 9 am. Mine was with Maria. As soon I I began to tell her what I wanted, I knew that this was not going to turn out good. She had an attitude from the start. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and still she looked at me like a deer in headlights. The girl that was going to do my daughters hair kept tring to tell her how to do it. Still she seemed to be totally at a lose and to be honest I felt that she just didnt want to be at work. She gave me the impression that she didn't know what she was doing at all. I mean, come on, it's not rocket sceince. So than I showed her a picture of my second choice. I was desperate to save our birthday experience. Again she was dumb founded. She said " I can touch up your roots". All she was interested in doing was my roots, and I keep the color I have. After 20 MINENTS of this I gave up.
