ive heard from so many people here, that they are being harassed by this so called managment? he drives around all day! looking for someone to yell at! maybe just maybeeeeeee! the owner will some day read all of these complaints. i thought this was going to be a perfect place for me, but every time im out side or walking the park, he just stairs at you. then he tells peole to clean up their yard, well yea! if he would get off his butt! and clean up some of these lots that nobody lives in. maybe then we wouldnt have so much yard work to do if he would clean up all the leaves and sweep the drives in these lots that nobody lives in. i swear people are leaving here because they feel harassed by this guy! people are just up and leaving there homes. not fare! Pros: i regret living here Cons: it really stinks more

I have lived here for over 5 years and would advise potential residents to be very careful in your decision. You will get poor assistance at best from the management team here. They are dishonest and lie consistently. I stay only because my home is paid for and the land I am buying to move to is not quite paid off yet. Pros: quiet Cons: terrible management, limited help from them. more

this trailer park is horrible, its for old people and cares not for the younger inhabitants. nobody has any freedom here. there are a lot of asians here too. so if ur an old asian person, this park is for you. Pros: its nice looking, i suppose Cons: full of old grumpy people, only one exit/entrance, no pets allowed, little freedom whatsoever more
