Due to Dr. Richard Parcinski DO great diagnosic abilities, he has been able to diagnose all of my illnesses over the last twenty years that I have been his patient. The last illness he caught luckily in time which was a clogged artery. With out him finding this and sending me to the correct vascular surgeon I would of had a full blown stroke. He has always through the years listened to my problems and immediately took action to get the care I needed. Dr. Parcinski DO has taking extreme measures from calling my insurance company to calling other doctors to assure that I had the proper care. He always calls to make sure everything went okay or to give me results of tests. In my years of being with Dr. P I have always had the best care possible you could ever want. Frist off I would like to repute any and all negitve, ill comments pertaining to Dr. Richard E. Parcinski D.O. F.C.C P. or his general pratice. I have known Dr. Parcinski for many years, dating back to 1998. My wife and I at that time moved to St. Charles, Mo. and needed to find a Pulmonary Doctor, as my wife had breathing problems. All during the time we have lived in St. Charles, Mo. Doctor Parcinski has taking care of many different illness', including was the first to find that my wife, at the time, had developed Lung Cancer. Dr. Parcinski followed the Oncologist each and every day, week and the months to come, on her treatments, until the day she passed away in 2006. Since I remained in St. Charles, Mo. I have continued to see Dr. Parcinski on a regular bases. In my own opinion, Dr. Parcinski has taken his time and used his experience as well as his education to help me and thounsands of people in our time of need. He has also taken the time to do follow up exams, to ensure that we were well. Dr. Parcinski, in my mind, is one of the finest Doctors we have in this area, and just hope that he remains in pratice for many years to come. more

Went to a sleep clinic in Creve Coeur where he consults and does diagnosis. Initially said from interview that I was probably OK, because I did not feel tired or draggy. Then after study, said I need a sleep machine or CPAP immediately. After using for a while and even getting used to wearing the machine while sleeping, I came back for a follow up visit. When asked if I was feeling more rested, I said no and he said I was wrong. No follow up study, nothing, I just gave the wrong answer in his mind and he was slightly upset that I would say that it didn't help. He didn't listen, just made an excuse up as to why I must be lying and not agreeing with him. I still use the machine (does cut down on snoring so spouse can sleep better), but when I sleep alone without the machine I am as well rested without it as with it. Looks like I am not the only one with an unfavorable opinion and negative impression. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! I went to see this phycian for some problems that I was having. He asked me one question and was off to the races! He diognosed me with some problem sent me off with a script for it and told me I was cured! It was not until I was still haveing problems and went to another doc who took me off that med, took some tests and found out that I had more severe arterial blockage problems. If you want someone to rant and yell at you for your entire session, then this Doc is the one for you. He barely takes a breath between rants, and you never get to tell him what is bothering you. My best advice is to do what I did, find another doctor who takes the time to listen to you. Cons: dosen't listen to his patients more
