Recall repairs. 12/17/2013

Upon arrival I was met by the service manager who promptly took my vehicle,inspected it and starter the repairs immediately. The counter personnel inside we're very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this car dealership for service. more

Service 11/24/2013

They did not actually diagnose the problem. Instead, they went the easy, more expensive route. I was quoted $2,400 for repairs. A local mechanic charged me $200 and fixed the car. Hmmm....trying to run up your bottom line, Hyundai Paramus? more

My car was towed in with a damaged tire. The repairs were made promptly and the staff courteous and professional. My only complaint would be the price was a little high. more

Courteous, accommodating service 10/22/2013

The Service Dep't at Paramus Hyundai has consistently been caring, courteous, accommodating, nice and friendly to me since I bought my Elantra a year and a half ago. They really go out of their way to make sure that I understand work that needs to be done on my car, the costs, the options, as well as any recalls or reimbursements from the manufacturer. They even help me get coupon discounts that I might not be aware of, or have forgotten about. I really appreciate them. more

Anxious to help during emergency. 10/15/2013

My wife and I were traveling from Atlantic City, N.J. back to New York State after a brief vacation. We experienced car problems while still over 3.5 hours from home. The Paramus dealership took us in, assigned us as a priority case, fixed the problem and had us back on the road in no time. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I recomend them to ANYONE. more

Ridiculous Maintenance Charges 10/5/2013

$700 in maintenance in 12 months with a 20% discount. Really???? Just for changing oil, checking hoses, checking brakes. Never again! more

Efficient, excellent service and trustworthy advisor 9/4/2013

I bought my 2006 Sonata here, new, and have brought the car in for maintenance ever since. Hugo has been my advisor most of the time, and between his wise guidance (giving options and priorities to accommodate financial situation) and the excellent work of the repairmen, my car has had no major issues and is still running beautifully at 100,600 miles. I highly recommend this dealer/service center! more
