The rate was very affordable, the driver was very nice and patient, and our H2 stretch was perfect for the 25th Birthday for 18 people. the reservation process was fast and easy. Driver was late, lied to us about his location, drove horribly, and while we at a concert called and left me a voicemail and said he was leaving, leaving us with no ride home. Do NOT recommend. Finally, on another review site, someone from their company is saying the reviews being left are lies and people are being paid to review them badly. Absolutely untrue, they are just trying to not lose business now that the word is out that they are an awful limousine service. There are several bad reviews on the other site, leaving this company with an overall bad score. I highly recommend you not use them. more

I was using another company that was late, cars smelled and I always had to find the driver! I recommend Paramount Limousine Service with absolutely no hesitation. Due to a cancellation of a flight out of Orange County Airport and as the next available flight was out of LAX at 6 am, I called Paramount late in the evening for a pick up at 3:30 am the following morning. Upon walking outside at 3:15, I saw the car pulling up. The driver was courteous and helpful and I felt he would do anything required to make me comfortable. He did not talk all the time, as so many drivers do, he only talked when I started talking with him. He drove well and the SUV was very clean and comfortable. I arrived at LAX at 4:15 and had plenty of time for checking bags and checking in. I highly recommend Paramount Limousine Service and have been tellling friends about them ever since using the service. I now have them on speed dial and intend making them my official limo company. I work at a middle school that was having a very special off campus event for the student leaders. We thought it would be special to have the kids shuttled to and from the event in Limo's. I wanted to contact a member of our local Chamber of Commerce and found Paramount Limos. I went in and asked to speak to the manager and met Sean, a very kind and gentle man. I was actually a bit hesitatant to tell him who the "clients" were going to be, for fear he wouldn't want to subject his drivers or his vehicles to "over excited middle schoolers". LOL When I told him what I wanted to do and how I wanted to make it special for the kids - instead of dreading the job, he was immediately on-board and thrilled that the students would be enjoying such a special day. THIS MEANT A LOT TO ME because I could tell it came from his heart, not his business. We arranged two limos would come and shuttle the students to the event and then come back and pick them up at the end of the day. I had also requested that the limos drive through the local college campus so students could get a "feel for being in college". Sean loved the idea. The day of the event came and the limos were ready and waiting at the school when I arrived. The Limos looked great! Clean and stocked justed as I had specified - No sodas, (too much sugar:-)ONLY WATERS - NO GLASS. Seeing the limos was a thrill for the students and a surpise! ( I never told them about their transportation - they were expecting buses.) The drivers were AMAZING - professional, courteous, and fun. They had to deal with all these bubbling, beaming, curious middle schoolers trying to "check out the ride". Yet, they didn't get annoyed, they just smiled or laughed at the fun they were having. The shuttling took TWICE as long then I had originally asked, because of my request for the college campus. I was so concerned that this would cause a problem and upset the limo company. Yet, NOT ONE COMPLAINT from the driver or the manager, in fact, the complete OPPOSITE. At the end of the day the drivers thanked me for 'FUN DAY" with the students. PARAMOUNT LIMO made it a INCREDIABLE DAY! They were prompt, kind and had fun with the students, even though it had to be tough with the music blasting to and fro. The driver or manager never complained ONCE at all the delays, due to shuttling all the students and some hiccups on our part. I can't say enough about the positive, professional, fun experience they provided for all of us; parents, volunteers, teachers, and especially the STUDENTS. And one last note, The manager was so happy to provide the experience for these children - he didn't charge us a penny!! Not for tip, tax or gas! NOW THAT'S A COMPANY WITH HEART! We need more businesses like this. more

I may add over all limousine companies I have received services from this one was my favorite. They were early and able to drive me around for a long amount of time for my stay in Los Angeles and transfer me back to lax airport. I had a great relaxing time it was a business trip but just with a great chauffeur clean vehicle made my stay in Los Angeles a pleasant one. I was quite please with the services provided to me and my family for my daughter’s birthday. We were able to take the kids to Disneyland in a stretch limo for an unforgettable night for the kids and friends of family. The driver was very polite and patient. The first three times I used Paramount, I was thrilled to have found a company that was prompt, courteous, operated clean vehicles and most importantly, employed drivers who were safe because I have three children. Most recently, I hired them to pick myself and two of my children up from the airport and they told me to wait by the curb when I called them. They said the driver would be arriving in three minutes. After 30 minutes the driver arrived, my children were freezing and he failed to apologize, tried to explain why he was late, WHILE THE KIDS WERE STILL STANDING AT THE CURB waiting for him to unlock the doors! When I told him that I didn't want to hear his excuse he became even more irate than myself and dropped me and my kids outside of our property, left us on the street and put our bags on the lawn. When I contacted the owner, Sean after keeping me on hold for ten minutes, said that I shouldn't have taken the ride! He went on to explain that if I were at a restaurant and my food came late I would still have to pay rather than attempting to keep me as a lifetime customer. I must say I am a frequent user of Paramount Limousine Services and for all my airport transportation and even just to take a ride around town I always make my reservations with Paramount Limo. They have always given me great flat rates for all my trips and it certainly beats taking a cab. They not only have limousines but they also have Sedan, SUV, Limo Buses you name it. I used their Hummer for my girlfriend birth day for four hours, the care was really beutiful! Once I got into the car, I couldn't belive they are giving it out for that price! inside was quite spectacular. Plus the driver was very professional, on time, and very friendly. Then we rented a limo to go to the concert, this past Saturday, and we got a ver nice driver and a very clean car as well. They seem like they take good care of their cars. From The start I had a good feeling about paramount Limousine. This was proven and brought to reality on my Girlfriends birthday. They really went the extra step to give us their best services. The Limo was very clean, meticulous, and the driver “ Roberto” was very prompt, on time, and polite. The bar was set up very nice with champagne glasses and colored napkins. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. He wasn’t jerking off, like the other limo company that we used last time. Paramount Surprised us with a birthday card and a birthday balloon, and that was a nice touch for the surprise birthday party I had planned. Paramount limousine has provided reliable limo service and luxurious transportation for my family and staff for over 10 years. My travels normally require early morning departures and late evening arrivals and my residence is far outside city limits. I just wanted to thank everybody at Paramount limousine for making my night and share the best moments of my life with you! My boyfriend got a stretch limo for us last week. It was on our 3rd anniversary and a big surprise for me. When we walk out from my house, It was such a breath taking moment. I had over couple friends from Europe visiting me last week and we wanted to enjoy night in Hollywood style. I found Paramount limousine online and they were such a big help to me. Especially Caiti, I talked to her several time over the phone and she gave me so many helpful hints. She helped me to set our reservation and made me think about all details, that our night turn out to be perfect! I got free upgrade from Expedition to Hummer H2. Amazing car, I definitely recommend trying it. We were allowed to bring our drinks and we had so much fun. Driver took us to several Hollywood clubs and I felt like celebrity. Driver was very nice, funny guy. Always on time for all the pick ups, smiling and real gentleman.
