Wow! What A Warranty!! What Service! 7/21/2016

When I began hearing a noise in my engine, I went to Paramount Hyundai of Hickory. They checked out everything and informed me I would be getting a "New Engine"!! I was a little skeptical, but that is exactly what happened under Hyundai's 100,000 Power Train Warranty. I was also supplied with a car rental at Hyundai's expense as well! I was aware of Hyundai's warranty from the past, but in my opinion, this is the best warranty in the US, bar none. They really do stand behind what they sell!! As for the Service Dept. at Paramount Hyundai, they could not have been more accommodating in their handling of this situation! Hat's off to a great organization overall!!!!! more

Friendly customer service 3/2/2016

Have had my Genesis coupe in for service and repair; customer service for those needs has been good. However, when I asked for information regarding a surrender of a lease, I was told that the Service department is not involved; however, promise was given to refer my inquiry to a person in sales. That never happened or if it did, there was no follow-up. more

Service Emergency! 2/20/2016

Caught on I40 inFriday after 5 traffic traveling to the mountains, my check engine light came on with a warning to check now. One call to and a 20 minute drive to Paramount Service (1st time ever), saved my trip and made it almost a pleasant experience to have troubles in Hickory area. In short order the team checked us in, diagnosed the problem, Gave us a loaner and had us on our way. Never had more attention or been treated so courtesously by a car dealer. Wish I could say the same for Johnson Hyundai in Cary. If I ever purchase another Hyundai it will be from Paramount! more
