Nate Garvin was our specialist during both transactions and provided expert advice and professional service during our business dealings. I was buying a home, I was pre approved with Vitek mortgage as my realtor recomended Jodie to me, Jodie ignored my calls when I started asking questions and having a complicated loan. The person selling the home recomended Heather Aukerman to me. I was nervous to call a new lender, but i am glad i did. she gave me all the answers I needed, walked me through the work I needed to do to repair my credit. I am now a homeowner THANKS TO Heather at Paramount Equity Mortgage. I tell everyone about her. I am not sure she will ever know how much I deeply appreciate her work. more

Do your homework first 8/23/2010

Everyone is really helpful until your home appraisel comes in to low.My home was appraised to foreclosures and quick sales,there was a home closer to us that was in the price range we needed. The appraiser they used which we paid for was to overworked. We have never heard back from Paramount.Dropped us like a brick. more

Paramount Equity Rocks! 4/4/2008

I did a loan with Paramount Equity Mortgage and had an excellent experience. They helped me get everything done in 2 weeks and I got a fantastic 5.5% fixed rate. The whole experience was great and I would reccomend them to everyone. more
