I've been a customer since 2005 and sincerely missed my hot chocolate fix when the place closed temporarily for a while. But, now since it's re-opened, I visit weekly for a tasty mocha, mini-brownies or a hot, hot chocolate. The owners are open, friendly and attentive to details. The atmosphere is cool, relaxing and the front window provides a great view of the sunset. The outdoor seating is stable, no flimsy lawn chairs or tables to get blown over by strong winds. It's a great local spot, serving well brewed coffee and tea.
Oh yeah, the parking lot gets crowded from the karate school sometimes, so park near the end of the building, near the entrance of the strip mall.
