Before you do business with this company or with ANY of the company names that BRENDAN CURRAN (or Brenden Curren if I have mis-spelled it) uses, do yourself a favor.
Check out the Better Business Bureau for both Paragon General Contracting, Inc and Structural Pro, Inc. I wasn't the only one taken by Paragon's (Brendan's) scam.
Go to the Horry County Public Index and to see how many Breach of Contract suits were filed against him in Horry County alone. (He came here from NY). This site won't let me post the URL, but if you Google "Horry County Public Index" you will find the site.
Go to the SCLLR web site to see if he is licensed. Compare that to his web site that says that both he and his project coordinator are licensed. www.llr.state.sc.us/. If my complaint is not there, it hasn't come before the hearing yet. But it is scheduled and Mr. Curran has already admitted that he didn't do work I hired him to do.
Take my word for it. I hired him to do work. What wasn't readily visible for inspection was not done at all, and what was visible was so shoddily done, and not up to state regulations, that it needs re-doing.
If you want to keep looking, you can go back to New York State records, but I suspect, if you are sane, that you will be looking for another contractor before you read this far. I sure hope that you are sane.
