I dropped off three shirts. When I picked them up, one of the shirt?s collar was discolored (bleached). I asked him what happened; he immediately started talking to me with a bad attitude and raised his voice. I tell him to calm down and explain what happened; he starts to throw his arms around and yells that it is my fault?the shirt was brought here this way?.etc.
He called himself the owner, but I don?t think so. I don?t know any business owners who would treat their customers that way, even if they cannot resolve the issue! He could have been calm about it and an apology goes a long way!
Anyways, I am on to Yelp and BBB to make sure more people know about it.
