Amazing! 6/1/2012

My husband and I came into Paradise Chevy ready to buy a new car because we were adding a new addition to our family and had an amazing experience thanks to Ryan Tracy and Stacey Richards. They were the most helpful people and very understanding and super sweet. We had very bad credit and they went above and beyond to help us get approved. They provided us with a great durable car, the Chevy Cruz. Our baby was born may 7th and they even delivered the car to our house. You lose theses two employees, Chevy will never be the same. Hands down best car shopping experience ever. Paradise Chevy dealership will be the only car dealership i ever buy from. more

Terrible Customer Service! 12/4/2009

Terrible customer service! I went to check out an audi a4 for sale and the salesman told us to come back in half an hour cus he was busy. We came back only to be ignored for 45mins. Then the owner or some other sales person drove up to us in a different car, had the keys to the a4 and told us he was taking it to Costco to get milk for his wife(he had complained about her to us earlier in our conversation). Very unprofessional and not worth your time! more

This Dealer Changed My Mined. 10/11/2008

No really, I wasn't sure I was safe going to the dealer for service. I've got a truck I wanted to keep like new and it was under warranty, so I went to the dealer for service. I got excellent service there. They kept me informed and got the job done in a timely manner. The best part was I left there with out the feeling of being ripped off.Now I go there for everything. more
