I was just there i was very pleased at what i saw there they were quick,fast and they were nice friendly place and they also updated the women bathroom nicely done.. looks more like a doctors office now. i love it keep up the good work at the carwash. ps. you also updated in the inside good job it doesnt smell like mildew anymore. but keep up with the friendly employees you have espically the one that be outside he's very n ice friendly he's on his p and q about everything.. Pros: head strong ,excellent,multitasking Cons: could be faster more

employees attemp selling cocaine to multiple customers on a frequent basis. not a good place to go if you have families or children Cons: sell drugs out of store more

I saw the other reviews and I had to respond, because I've had my truck through the wash 20 times or so in the last few months with zero problems. Pros: Quality, Price Cons: Sometimes there's a line...plan to be there for 25 minutes, just in case. Often 10 or 15. more

If your looking for a wash, dont look here! If you like to be treated like a prision inmate by all means take your car through Paradise car wash in bloomington! I was regular customer there for some time and even had the monthly contract, that was until the other day when I was greeted with a blank stare by the guy who gives you the ticket for your car wash. He could use a tip! Maybe He'll go get charm lessons with it! That doesn't even put the icing on the cake after pulling my truck into the bay I was stared down by a few people with pardise outfits on, This is where I felt like I was getting put behind bars. These guys treated me with such disrespect that I told the counter girl how I felt and it was diregarded as a joke. She even patronized me with saying I need a hug! WOW! what a place with customer service! I would not recommend this place to anyone, period!!! more

We used to have monthly service plans for both of our vehicles there until last week. They seemed to do a good job and one of their locations is right around the block from our home. However, on Tuesday, one of our vehicles was loaded on their conveyor so badly that the entire operation had to be shut down and our car sent through twice. I was told that it ""just happened"" and was no big deal (remember that as I continue . . .). Then on Friday, the same car came out of the wash with a totally flat driver's side front tire, a big hunk ripped out of the front bumper (only slight damage before that), and the wheels slightly out of alignment. Paradise added insult to injury, claiming the fault was with the car and refusing to pay for anything but the tire. Even after the auto repair place we took the car to told Paradise that nothing about the car could have caused what happened either Tuesday or Friday, they still refused to pay for anything but the tire. more
