Charlie Hamilton opened Paradise Bay in April 2004 on the site of his former place, Margareittaville. It's got a deck out back that everyone loves to sit on and eat, drink and be merry. The menu changes regularly, and don't be afraid to try something new. Michael Moore (no, not that one) is the manager and keeps things running smoothly. They are especially proud of the job they do with fresh seafood and rightfully so. The drink menu is inspired. Be sure you save room for dessert.
