We also use Pappy's when we have to board our dog when we go out of town. We have used this facility and the Ohio Drive/Plano Parkway location. Both have been great experiences. Our dog always gets excited when we pull up to the location. When she enters the lodge, she is greeted with such warmth. She goes in and puts her paws up on the counter as if she is ""checking in"". I also love the ability to watch our dog on video. She always looks so happy!!! more

Nice Pet Care Facility 9/23/2010

I've used Pappy's Pet Lodge for my dogs and cat for 8 years. The staff is always very friendly. My dogs get so excited when we tell them they are going to ""camp"" at Pappy's. Its a good feeling to know I don't have to worry about my pets when I'm away. This summer the George Bush location was sold out and I had the opportunity to use the Pappy's location at Springcreek/Coit as well as the location at Ohio Drive/Plano Parkway and found the level of service to be consistent at all 3 locations. Nice to know I can you any location and have the same great experience! more
