Paper Moon Invitations

I walked into this store to have cards made. I knew what I wanted and wanted to see if they could make it. For starters, they would not let me use their Internet to pull up what I wanted on my iPad...I should have left then. I asked if I could use their computer to bring up the pix and was told ""someone was on the computer"". The woman, who I assume was the owner , came out and started talking astrology with me, and was literally talking in circles. I was dizzy! I finally told her what I wanted and she started with what I ""should do"" and also managed to passive aggressively insult what I wanted and how I wanted to do it. In the meantime she was still talking in circles. I could not get out of there fast enough. It was bizarre and unprofessional. more

Clearly this business does not understand the concept of professionalism. The woman who helped us with wedding invitations seemed frazzled and rushed and complained about their sales for the past two years and was overwhelmed with her current clients. She even swore within our interaction. She told me the design I was interested in was ""cliche"" and argued with me at length about wording telling me I could not use a particular phrase when a nice woman in a different shop recommended that exact phrase to me! When I finally found something I liked she said it looked too Asian and not fall appropriate. I felt completely belittled. I will never set foot in that shop again. more

I am writing this review because I am appalled by the previous review regarding Paper Moon Invitations. I ordered my invitations this past winter. I dealt with both the owner and her daughter, both were dressed very professional and were very informative. I received my invitations in a very timely manner and they exceeded my expectations. If you want great service and quality invitations I recommend going to Paper Moon Invitations for any of your invitation needs. I could not have been happier with them! more

I have been asked to change my review words will be different but the overall dis-satification will remain. I went to Paper Moon to order my wedding invitations and now wish I had never set foot in the store. In my opinion the employee we delt with seemed to be annoyed with helping us and didn't look that well groomed, just not someone I would want to represent my company, I guess I have different standards. I found one that I like that were very reasonably priced and ordered them. Was told it would be about 3-4 weeks. When I got a call a week and a half later I was pleasantly surprised. I went to pick one up to view and to weight and was immediately upset. I didn't say anything because I wanted my mother?s opinion. The color of the invitation was different than what was in their book and the writing was different shades. The color of the lettering was very light on the actual invitation and darker on the reception card and even darker on the response card. They had to be reordered and there was ZERO compensation. When the corrected ones came in the color of the lettering was fixed but not the color of the actual invite. Her response was that their book had faded since it was a few years old. I think they need to update their book so the actual colors ar correct, again just my opinion. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the service and I won't go back. When family and friends ask me where to go for invites I will not send them there. In my opinion it is the worst place for invites. Save yourself some stress and go else where. more
