At first I thought that the women working there were very helpful & knew their stuff. I looked at invitation books for awhile and found an invitation I liked. I wanted it in a different color than was shown in the book, but I was told that it wasn't available in that color. So, one of the women working there looked at the invitation I wanted and said she could create the same look. That sounded great to me. So she said she'd email me some proofs of designs she'd come up with and we'd go from there. So far so good, right? Right. Well here's where it goes wrong. \r

I was charged a $50 consultation fee since she'd be putting together some designs for me. I was surprised I was being charged for that, but I thought....ok, well...she's charging me for her time, so ok fine...whatever. And I paid the fee. A couple days later I received an email with only TWO proofs she put together. TWO. I would have expected at least 4 or 5....so that I had a decent selection. Nope. The designs looked NOTHING like the invitation she said she'd mimick and to be honest, I could have designed a MUCH nicer invitation myself. What a waste of $50. \r

I responded to the email saying I didn't really like either design. She responded by saying that she ended up calling the invitation company that prints the invitations that I had originally selected out of the book & that they actually could print the invitation in the color I wanted. How convenient. She already had her $50 when she told me this. It would have made a lot more sense for her to call the company BEFORE she created those awful designs and charged me money. \r

Obviously, I do not recommend their services.
