I brought the chrome from a classic muscle car minus the bumpers;. when I went to pick them up, they looked terrible. No way can I return them to my customer looking this way. Wh...

The worst example of customer service and chrome plating! A simple project, poor finish quality, dull, uneven chrome plating, uneven nickel plating, plating was missing in some areas completely! Poor polishing (Which isn't really needed if chrome process was done properly.\r When I questioned the quality, they said ""That's the best we can do"" and that ""I"" could finish polishing it myself with a dremmel tool! more

Worst service ever! 6/28/2011

I brought the chrome from a classic muscle car minus the bumpers;. when I went to pick them up, they looked terrible. No way can I return them to my customer looking this way. When I complained about the quality, they were completely unsympathetic and made me pay the full price or they wouldn't give me the chrome. Neither the person that had done the work or the woman behind the counter has any business doing anything in customer service. If you care at all about quality and/or service, go someplace else. more
