Annoying 7/23/2009

The server took 5 minutes to describe the specials and the freshly squeezed lemonade. A man in a suit came by to see if we were told about the specials and freshly squeezed lemonade, and how no other restaurants offer fresh lemonade. We had to ask him to leave us alone as we are friends that don't see each other often and only had limited time. It's lemonade for crying out loud. Another suit came by to ask if everything was excellent and we just nodded.\r Frankly the food this visit was mediocre, there were too many staff people hovering around and it was annoying! Probably won't return. Pros: Pleasant atmosphere Cons: Staff wouldn't leave us alone more

One of the best options in Concord 6/23/2007

Paparazzi has been around for a long time. It has always been good, but I think it's gotten even better in the past year or so! The entrees are more interesting, and the food seems better prepared, more sophisticated. Given the woefully limited options for decent dining in Concord (now that Aigo Bistro is gone!) Paparazzi is top of the list. \r Pros: great menu, well-prepared food, full bar, changing specials, lively atmosphere\r Cons: can be loud, our waiter's accent was incomprehensible! more

Great service! 4/5/2007

There are chains that the server acts like we grew up together and then there is honest service. My wife and I enjoy the route 2 location because the service is just that honest! They are knowledgeable about their menu and wine list (atleast they appear to be) and they sell specials like they want one themselves! They give attentive service but don't interrupt your conversation. There are alot of chains where the server talks alot and rushes you out for the next gratuity. We just want great food & drink in a nice atmosphere and we always get it at Papa Razzi in Concord. Pros: service, food, great sunday brunch, allergy friendly more

Good Place for the Suburbs 3/2/2007

In an area that is lacking decent places to eat, I think Papa Razzi is a decent place to eat. I have always rec. attentive service and the food has been pretty good. I like the array of italian white wines on the wine list more

My New Favorite Italian Restaurant 4/13/2006

I discovered this place along Route 2 and was looking for a substitute for the run of the mill Italian food, like the Olive Garden...The food was fresh, made to order, they gave us bread right when we sat down. Service was experienced and attentive to the guest needs. The pizza was delicious and wood-oven cooked. Dessert were also great, with a good selection. I would come back to this place based on service alone, however the food makes me want to be a regular at this great New England chain. Pros: Service, Pizza, Coffee Selection more
