I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 45 minutes. An hour and thirty minutes later i call back to the the status of my 3 pizzas and my buffalo wings, ""It's not there . . . . . . it will be free of charge to you"". Ten minutes later it arrives short of buffalo wings. Having used a credit card I told the delivery girl what I was told by her fellow staff, I didn't sign anything. Somehow the full price was deducted, I called back a week later, "" It takes about a week to come off"". So i wait another week, ""Oh sometimes it takes two to three weeks"". . . . . I wait. It has been a month, I have left messages for the store manager and also tried to call the manager myself but it harshly conflicts with my job. Needless to say, if you order it, you will probably pay for it if you used your card, no mater how late or even if you have gotten everything that you have ordered. I would suggest to pay cash with these people, or select Pizza Hut. They have not once been late for me or shorted me any food.
Pros: It actually sounds believable when they tell you, you will get your money back
