Avoid All Together 5/9/2007

It's sad that this needs to be said. I've always been a passionate Papa John's customer until the last year. Beware of the quality of product, the service (have you ever received a COLD pizza? It's disgusting... and they don't care!), and their attitude. I have been shocked more than 3 times now and refuse to use them. Buyer Beware... there are many pizza joints out there that would love to actually SERVE you piping hot delicious pizza... so try them NOW! Pros: Still a good dipping sauce... but you can make your own!! Cons: COLD PIZZA... good the day after but not the time you order it. more

Papa Johns Pizza is a ""Fast food"" type of pizza and should not be considered as ""quailty"" Pizza! They serve ""sub par pizza with NO toppings whatsoever and that is why you pay a discount price! If you want a qulity Pizza you would go to a different pizza place. Being placed 3rd place is really a sign that people want price, not pizza! more

I've had great luck with this joint.Fresh toppings and great service.Hopefully they'll realize how good it's going and not screw up a great thing.More business=diminshed quality with bad management decisions.Let's see how they do.Most times a business starts seeing the greenbacks and start skimping on quality.Come on Papa,you can do it! more

When I ordered extra meat topping on my pizza I barely got anything at all! When I order extra topping, I want extra topping, like I get at Pizza Hut when I order there. What they put on was hardly any meat at all! Wonder what they would do if I dildn't ask for extra??????? Cons: none, none, none more

You've gotta be kidding me!!! Papa John's is the worst pizza in the world. It doesn't even deserve to be called pizza. Clearly, they're ranked 3rd because their employees stuffed the ballot box!!! If this is what the people of the Phoenix area voted 3rd, then they're a lot sorrier than I ever thought. If this was a competition between 10 pizzaria's, I'd vote Papa John's 11th!! Phoenix people, wake up and smell the pizza. more

Everytime I order from Papa Johns, no matter what the location, the pizza sucks. Their sauce is crappy, the dough is okay but the pizza does not even rank on my Top 10 list Pros: fast service Cons: yucky sauce, soggy pizza more

It's a sad day when 2 national food chains make a cities ""best of"" list. And these ""user reviews"" are just scary. Papa Johns is a servicable, if not over-priced, chain pizza, but #3 is the city of Phoenix? in that case I weep for our future. more

Papa John's is the only pizza joint where you can order for delivery, online. My kids love being able to build the perfect pizza. And the taste!...to die for. My fav is The Works with jalepeno peppers! Quick delivery, ease of ordering, good value, and great taste make Papa John's the best in my book. more

Good delivery pizza 8/1/2002

This is a pretty good pizza if you like tomato flavor. Ordering is easy. You can order on-line and yes you do get your pizza. We have ordered this way many times and just as speedy as calling it in the old fashioned way. Pros: convenient ordering more
