Great Management Team 2/28/2012

Some places you may not get the right pizza and they say SORRY ABOUT THAT! It's not if you're going to get the wrong order it's when and what they do about it. Management here really cares about the orders. They royally screwed up my order and the Manger was really upset. He truly was sorry about the mixup and made it right. When Papa Johns does pizza the way it's supposed to be done MAN IT'S GOOD. Keep up the good work guys. GOOD SCHTUFF!! more

Terrible delivery service and food not cooked 6/28/2010

The first time I ordered from this store I ordered a large pizza and had it delivered---it was over 30 mins late. The second time I ordered they were on time but the pizza was half cooked. When I called to get a refund I was given the run around and sat on the phone for 15mins. I will never order from the Brandon Papa John's again. I suggest you dont either. There are other Papa John's in the area order from them!!!!!!!! Pros: location Cons: pizza, refund policy, delivery time more
