THE MOST HORRIBLE AND RUDE SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! We are beside ourselves with disbelief how rude & unprofessional the employee (who claimed he is a manager) was to us. We waited over an hour for our order and when calling to find out where our pizza was, we were told that the driver came, called us on the phone and when didn't get us, left. Why would he call when we have a doorman and our instructions on our order is ""see doorman"". They had to other numbers to try but only called the one. Then the so-called manager was rude when we asked his name, hung up on us several times, and we just wanted to understand why this happened, when the instructions were clear. He said that PapaJohn's won't pay for parking tickets or towing so it's their policy to call, & if they can't reach someone they leave. Funny, PapaJohn's head office said it is not their policy & they should have followed the ""see doorman"" instructions regardless. That boy was so rude, short of swearing he couldn't have been ruder. The sad thing is my fiancee loves PapaJohn's pizza but we will NEVER order from them again. We called to get our money back but 2 weeks later we still see nothing. We are now told by PapaJohn's head office to speak to the other 'manager' and if it is not then resolved & we receive our money back to call them back... Terrible. Absolutely terrible.
