Good: Service was excellent and the price was reasonable. The beans and sausage were wonderful.. Bad: The food needs much improvement. The ribs were okay were to the least - not good enough to be in the title of the restaurant. The brisket was tough and hard to chew. The coleslaw was clearly someone's home recipe but had no flavor.. Improvements: Better cooking times for BBQ - it seemed as if the meat wasn't cooked long enough.. Other: I was really expecting to have the rib meat fall off the bones and the brisket to melt in my mouth. With more BBQ cooking practice - this place could have potential..
