Don't use this service! Owner/operator said he fixed washer so I paid him. Unfortunately the washer was not fixed and I alerted him to the problem within a few days. He refused to stand behind his work! He only accepts cash/check and there is a good reason why he doesn't accept credit cards. With credit cards, you have the resources of credit card company to help you file a complaint and get your problems resolved. When you pay with a cash/check, you have no resources to help you. \r \r Check better business bureau website. His grade is F with 3 bad reviews there. Wish I checked the BBB site before I hired him. Buyers beware. more

Owner/operator arrived at my home for a washer repair. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, informative and quite reasonable with repair cost. Not to mention - SAME DAY SERVICE!! I would recommend Panza Refrigeration to all my family, friends and co-workers! more
