If you are from the Winter Haven area, you will understand the following. The ""old"" First Care, which was owned by the hospital is now closed and a parking garage sits on that site. The ""new"" First Care Winter Haven is located two buildings south, separate from the hospital, and is totally renovated. The new First Care Winter Haven is staffed by ER physicians.
