My daughter got a gift certificate for her birthday, and the activities were ok, but the staff was not very friendly for people that work with kids. Then my daughter, being a three year old, ran off towards the vault, the staff didn't notice, she almost got run over by the girl vaulting. I had to shout to my daughter to get her to return to her class. I let it go. After class I walked over next two the owner and two instructors, to try to get a flyer for a friend, and they intentionally kept their backs to me for two minutes. So, I stepped onto the edge of the mat, the owner, very rude and sharply told me to get off the mat. But, her demeanor change when she realized I was trying to bring her business. I kept thinking about it, and decided to email her. Saying, I am not used to having a business owner be so rude to me. She emailed me back reminding me I didn't pay, we used the gift certificate, and I shouted out to my daughter during class. I replied that I shouted to my daughter because no one was watching her, and she almost got run over by the older girls at the vault. she replied that she was aware of the situation, reminded me again that I didn't pay, and I could take my business else where. I guess the bitter leaf doesn't fall far from the tree, and I will happily take my business over to the other gymnastic studio, where the treated us wonderfully when we visited with my daughters preschool.
