Panorama Automotive & Towing

\r * This past Tuesday, my semi-truck broke down in Frazier Park, California.\r \r \r * A telephone call for assistance was made to Panorama Towing On February 25th, 2014 at 8am PST.\r \r \r * A rate of $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum was given.\r \r \r * A truck was dispatched to the scene at 830am PST.\r \r \r * The Truck arrived on site at 930am PST.\r \r \r * Despite being told that the truck and trailer weighed 4,000 lbs., they stated that their intention was load it up by hand with 2 men.\r \r \r * They said they could handle it and after they realized they needed a pallet jack, the first drivers offered to go get the jack. However, management told them no and they would send another truck instead.\r \r \r * The second truck didn't show up until 4 hours later at 130pm PST and was at the scene for a total of 30 minutes.\r \r \r * The towing company's address is actually only around 5 miles away from the scene of the breakdown according to our GPS.\r \r • They billed us for 5 hours for a tow over this distance.\r \r \r * Realistically, this should have cost me $800. However, they are billing me $4,500 + $400/day storage!!!\r \r \r * And, until I pay their ridiculous bill, they are holding my truck and trailer hostage, along with a client's load that is now seriously past due.\r \r \r * And, to top it off, they never bothered to contact us for authorization for any of the additional charges.\r \r Is this what a reputable company does?\r more

Best solution that could have came to me when I had a flat tire. Fast service and very professional. Had second thoughts about calling them up, but sense my friend recommended me I gave them a try and I am so glad that I did. more

When in a situation of needing a tow truck the best thing one can hope for is good customer service. And that is definitely one of their qualities. I was able to get my car in a fast professional manner. Keep it up. more

Upfront and honest mechanics- such a relief! I know enough about cars to know when someone is trying to buy something I really do not need. It was so nice to have to deal with any of that- especially during my state inspection. Put your shield away and feel comfortable to walk in and walk out without wanting to call your dad first :) more

Panorama is by far the best place to bring your car. I bought a 13 year old jeep from a seller in Illinois and had it shipped down. I first brought it to the Jeep service department for a look to make sure all things were in working order. The jeep dealers service people were absolute dummies and very bad at service. They also gave me a quote of more than 6 grand! I found Panorama via Google and talked to them there and they seemed knowledgeable and fair They did all the work I need to make the car safe and reliable for less than 2 grand. Not only were their prices excellent but their service was unlike any place I've every taken a car. When I asked them about why they didn't do a particular repair I asked him about he told me that i didn't need to be done! What other place would say that. They would just do it and charge you! I will always bring my Jeep there. They go above and beyond. more

This place is very fast! I called at 9 am and made the appointment for 10a and the guy was here at 9:55a. I had a flat tire and my car was parked in my underground parking garage with a very narrow drive way so it's not the ideal place for a tow truck to go. So the guy came downstairs with me and switched out my flat for the dummy I had. ( I would have done this myself but my bolts were stripped so it was impossible with the wrench I had). Then he asked me where I was going and escorted me to the place even though I didn't pay for the tow service. I was very impressed. He even came out of his car and gave me a goodbye handshake before saying goodbye. more

Both technicians who helped me were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This was the best service I've ever had with a towing company. more

They're pretty fast, evidently knowledgeable, quite reasonable and most importantly they get the job done. My prius needed a jump (since it went unused while I was out of town). They knew the peculiarities of the hybrid and what to do to ensure a safe restart. So I gotta give them top marks. more

My car was having some problems so I brought it to Panorama Automotive Repair and they had it fixed in a jiffy. After everything was fixed my car has been running perfectly. Im impressed with their work and i would definatly go back there again. more

I was stuck on the side of the road because I had dead battery. I don't have triple A so I decided to call them. I told the dispatcher over the phone about my dead battery and she said she would send out the towing truck to come and get my car. I was so relieved when I saw the towing truck only 30 minutes later. This company gave me a really good price for the towing. I recommend them for any roadside assistance you might need. more

I needed Panorama at a time that I was stressed out and frazzled my car overheated and I did not have any clue what to do so I called Panorama. When the driver got there I was so happy thinking it would be at least 1 hour and it was less than 30 minutes! Not only was the driver friendly and courteous but he got it over to the shop and Panorama checked my car over and had it fixed that DAY!!! The price was fair and I was so happy that I had to let other know use Panorama They are Awesome! more

The mechanic was so courteous and honest, I went to Panorama for an issue with my Mazda and I was in and out in no time and the repair was done fast and cheap. I have been back again and want to say I am happy to have found a trustworthy fair mechanic! more

I called Panorama as a last resort. Very afraid of sky-high prices for repair of a sound coming from my engine. I walked out very happy, as they were very informative, and honest. The job was competed must faster than expected, and I feel like I am driving a new car. I would definitely refer this company and look forward to returning if I ever have any other auto issues. more

I was stuck on the side of the road and found them searching the web on my phone. I was at their mercy and felt unsure what the Panorama mechanic would end up charging me. To my relief it was fixed in within a couple of hours and I was back on the road. They saved me over $400 on repairs my Truck. Same parts as the dealer, quality work, at a very fair price. more

they towed my car after and accident,,, they were very unprofessional!!! they will charge you from the time they leave their site, until the time that they get back!!! they also stole my credit cards from my wallet, and also my sunglasses worth $210 and $300!!! when i asked them to do somehting about it, they just said that they cant do anything because the driver of the tow truck was a manager and he wouldnt do such a thing!!! is that customer service!?!?!?!?!!?!?!? and that Shelly lady, the so called ""manager"" didnt even have the compassion to tell me that she will do something about it, considering that i came from an accident!!! they also told me to just wait for charges to be put in my credit cards, and then trace it from there!!! thats just lame!!! Cons: dont trust your cars to them,,, they WILL STEAL whatever's in there,,,, more
