I've spent lots of time at Pangea, eating there several times a week for the past three years... and I still love the food! There are so many ways to change up your usual order, with a cup of soup made from scratch, or substituting ingredients. The portions are perfect for lunch so that you don't leave with a ""gut bomb"" (you know the feeling of wanting to nap after lunch).
The staff nearly bends over backwards to make food to meet dietary preferences and restrictions. They clearly love their restaurant and show authentic joy when customers praise the food. A very positive and fun atmosphere for work lunches, families, or meeting with some friends. It's a very narrow restaurant, and sometimes I feel like I've found a little nook in a big city.
Pros: Friendly staff. Great for vegetarians and vegans (yay)!
Cons: Small dining room, so there's no hiding in corners
