I have usually had good service at Panera and I do like the food and the wireless internet service. But I sometimes feel that the prices are too high for a bagel and a coffee. The employees have always been very helpful (except one who snipped at me when I asked her about coffee). My only other complaint would have to be forgetfulness. I understand that they are very busy in the morning, but the past few times I have gone in, I have had to wait on parts of my order and finally had to ask other employees about it. They have always apologized and have been very nice, but forgetting parts of an order could become a huge problem.
