This is an extremely busy Panera, especially over the lunch period as they all are! It is in a prime location though so is busy all morning. It is fairly larget though so one can usually get a table, although I have noticed several times that the line is out the door at noon.
There seems to be a problem with the point of sale being the bottleneck (happens at many Paneras in my experience) at busy times. The food here is the same as most Panera Breads of course, that is to say very good value and reliable, especially the ""pick two"" menu option.
My main beef with this venue is the lack of power outlets. This is a big deal for me as I work at coffee shops online pretty frequently. Being able to plug my aging laptop into a socket is a key consideration for me and there are literally only about 8 sockets in the whole place and they go fast!
Staff are efficient and friendly but not as welcoming as they are in some other locations, specifially the one on 103rd St and Stateline. Overall it's good but suffers from a lack of power outlets if you want to work here. Only 30 mins wi-fi over their busy time which is common to all Panera's, at least in KC
