I love Panera Bread but the location in 6/8/2012

I love Panera Bread but the location in Columbus is always dirty. I mean ALWAYS. My boyfriend and I go at least 2 times a week. Its our favorite food......but the cafe is always a mess. Dirty tables, food all over the floor in the dining area, even the outside tables look as if they havent ever been wiped off. I have personally seen the manager outside smoking and talking on his phone.....unprofessional! The cafe crew has always been nice and pleasant and the food is of high quality but the cleanliness is less than to be desired! more
