Tasty Thai 3/14/2008

My friends and I wanted to try Thai food and ended up having a great first time experience at Thair Orchid. The prices were decent (around $10-$15) an entree) and the portions were just right. Even my boyfriend who usually doesn't like spicy food, was able to order his entree to be mild with just enough kick. I would definitely recommend this place for a date or just a sit down with friends for an authentic Thai experience. Pros: Food, service, prices more

Not as good as it used to be 2/5/2004

This restaurant used to be my favorite! My friends and I used to visit 2 times a week, at least. Since Natalie is not there as much, the food really went downhill. The new staff is very friendly and attentive, but some of the food is just awful. Has a strange taste...almost metallic. more

A gem in a strip mall... 2/28/2003

One Saturday afternoon my friends took me to Thai Orchid for a late lunch. We decided to eat appetizers and dessert. We each had a different soup- all of which were wonderful. The desserts were beyound good. The Mango sticky rice was superb. if you enjoy Thai food- you need to go to Thai Orchid. more

Always great. Not low-calorie, but delicious food and plenty of vegetarian dishes to choose from (although there's stuff for meat-heads, too!). The staff is wonderful, the place is warm and cozy, and since it's a BYOB you can be sure the wine or beer is as you like it. A Chester County treasure!
