When I approached the Panda Express inside Easton mall, I was excited to see a sign for a tofu dish. After asking for the 2-entrée combo and choosing chow mein as my side and mixed vegetables, I ordered tofu while pointing to the tray marked as such. The server was confused and asked again what I wanted. She then said that they didn't have tofu, it was chicken, mislabeled. The only other non-meat entrée available was spring rolls. The mixed veggies were nicely seasoned and not too overcooked but zucchini in an Asian dish seemed odd. The spring rolls were a little doughy and the chow mein was greasy and lacked flavor. The portions were decent and the meal came with sweet and sour sauce and a fortune cookie but for the quality, $5.69 was too much. If your meal doesn't need to be quick fast-food, you can find a much better sit-down alternative for the same price.
