Possibly the Worst Panda Express in Los Angeles area 7/7/2012

This is the last time I ever buy bad food from this Panda Express. This is a very busy location in an outdoor mall and so they feel like they can get away with whatever they want and people will keep coming. There have always been problems at this location. I have had problems with burned rice, a bitter vinegar taste in the orange chicken and containers not being full. Today, I bought 3 2 entree combo plates and I just dumped everything in the trash, because there was such a strong vinegar taste coming from the orange chicken, the kun pau chicken and the broccoli beef that I did not want to allow my children to eat it. The rice was burned black and ruined. The broccoli beef not only had the vinegar taste, but it was also a lot of gristle, so much that I had to spit it out after putting it in my mouth. This is beyond ridiculous to have this kind of experience repeatedly when you pay $30 for 3 plates of food. This is not a cheap taco, or a burger. I still can't imagine why it tasted so bad, this is not the first time either that this has happened. But this time it was so particularly strong that I thought it might actually be a health hazard whatever ingredients are in the food that make it taste that way. It was so strong that it was inedible. I think Panda Express in general has declined in quality as the prices have gone up. I used to think that they used mostly natural flavors, but I am starting to wonder what exactly goes into the ""flavors"" of Panda Express after this experience. I may buy Panda Express again, but after this experience I am going to avoid it as much as possible. I was so angry that I sent an email to Panda Express corporate and I asked for a response. They did leave me a voicemail, which I did not respond to because I don't have time to listen to corporate excuses. more

what happened to panda express? 12/29/2011

They used to serve MEALS now they serve things that are supposed to be 'meals' but they fit in like a 5x5 box. How about no? Not only that, but the cost went WAYYY up and the quality and quantity of the food went pretty down. The customer service is pretty terrible, i wonder why when they are making pretty good money for working at a freaking fast food joint. Managers making 45k a year to serve crap and have foul moods if they please? This place is terrible. more
