This is a really good, really cheap (lunch $7.75/person, dinner around $10/person) all-you-can-eat Chinese food buffet. There is a huge selection of food, which is all great. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a drink refilled or to have a used plate cleared. The waiters don't speak perfect English, as they are all from China. Even so, the service is above average compared to other buffets. Don't be scared away by the decor; Panda Buffet is in a building that used to be "The Apple Tree" restaurant and Panda's owners haven't done much redecorating. (You can even see a large sign for the Apple Tree hidden behind some bushes out front) I think it adds to Panda's charm. **You can get hot tea and/or water for no extra charge, while other drinks add around $2 to your bill.
**Also, tip well. The wait staff work all day, every day of the week and are probably sending their earnings to their families in China (though I don't know this for sure as it's hard to strike up a conversation with them). Help them out. 20% on a dinner for two is only $4.

The complaints in this review seem to be a result of the reviewer not being a very responsible patron. The name of the restaurant is Panda BUFFET and this is clearly displayed on a large sign outside. One should expect to have to get your own food from a buffet (as this is the definition of a buffet) and not have your food brought to you by a waiter. To-go boxes should not be expected from a buffet either. It would simply not be good business; a person could eat their fill and then go back and get another full plate of food and have it to-go without paying extra. Instead of grabbing everything in sight, just take what you think you can eat and if you are still hungry after that, go back and get another plate and repeat until full. Lastly, people should know the name of the restaurant they are eating at and if they don't, they should simply ask someone who works there. Clearly this person came to Panda Buffet with unrealistic expectations and when they were not fulfilled, decide to take it out on the restaurant.
