The service & food were terrible. It took a waitress forever to notice us and take our drink order (the restaurant was NOT that crowded). Our appetizers arrived minus chips. The pico de gallo primarily cilantro (stems and all) with a touch of onion - hardly find any tomatoes (usually the primary ingredient) and no lime. The salsa tasted/looked like pizza sauce with jalapenos. After another 20 minutes, chips arrived at our table...with a huge chunk of uncooked LARD sitting in plain view. Our waitress didn't even seem to notice! After over an hour of waiting, our meals were delivered (minus one). My entire plate was completely smothered in cheese. The refried beans were hard on the edges and the rice was bland. After two bites, I was done eating. Besides terrible service and food, Pancho's charges extra for cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on burritos, etc.
