I went to Panache today as I go there often. I have 4-6 cars at my home at any given time. I ordered the #3 and it looked ok when it was done, but I just drove off without checking the job thoroughly. I stopped at another store close buy and on my way back to the car I noticed a lot of pollen droppings on the hood of my car that hadn't come off in the wash or towel dry. Panache staff hadn't bothered to take the time to get them off. It looked really bad. I went back to Panache and told the guy at the ordering station what happened and he blew me off. He said it wasn't their responsibility to get the gunk off the hood of my car and if I wanted to go through again I would have to pay again. I told him that I paid $19 bucks to get my car clean and it wasn't. He told me my options were to pay again to go through the wash or pay even more to get the car detailed. I took the car home and it took me exactly a minute and thirty seconds to get the crap off my hood. I think $19 is enough to have someone exert just a little effort to provide me with what I paid for, a clean car. I had planned to take 2 more cars to the Carwash this morning, but I wound up not doing so. It's said you lose your business one customer at a time. That was really bad customer service. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
