Panacea Day Spa & Salon

It has been a year ago but when i went i bought a $40 tanning package which at the time was a special of "buy 10 sessions for $40 get 2 free...a total of 12 sessions" that day i used their bed, it was clean and fresh an all around enjoyable environment. I also purchased a Dolce and Gabbana bag for $120...about $30 over priced. I had my hair cut and eye brows waxed, it looked very nice. My fiancee at the time, now my husband also got a hair cut...the same girl that cut my hair did his obliviously she didn't notice that we were there together because as she cut his hair she kept telling him how cute he was and straddling his knees...then i noticed she wasn't wearing underwear....also they ran the $230 charge twice on my debit card and since this was a Friday i couldn't contact the bank until after the weekend. I have not been back even for the 11 tanning sessions they still owe me. more

If it was me, I would NEVER do business with Panacea Day Spa and Salon in Mountain Home, Arkansas...they treat their customers very poorly. I have a gift certificate that my hubby got me for my birthday....I have tried on several occasions to make an appointment but their girl only works Tuesday-Friday....ya know I WORK!!!... This girl does work 1 Monday each month......hmmmm but never on the week I call....hmmm. I tried to get my money back for the gift cerificate that my hubby bought but the answer was NO..... I can buy expensive lotion or haircare products THAT IS FAR TOOOO OVERLY PRICED AND THAT I WOULD NEVER USE..... Erik gave them the money with good intent but they did not tell him that she only works 1 Monday a month....which I am off occasionally....I generally don't know til that morning. BUT NEITHER HERE OR THERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RETURN THE MONEY SEEING HOW WE/I COULD NOT USE THE CERTICATE. more
