Well , what can you say about Palo Verde Mobile Manor. It definitely is not the ritz, but it is very affordable. Affordability is, really, the only redeeming feature in this park. What used to be a nice place years ago, has slowly declined over the years and is what it is. A recent change in status from ""senior living"" to ""family living"" and new management has had no effect on the conditions or quality of living, although occupancy did go up. Most of the new residents are not helping the situation and have made many of the existing, and longer residing, tenants lives less good. There are two parks here seperated only by a short chain link fence, Hyde Park being the other. Any tenant of Palo Verde Mobile Manor lucky enough to be close to Hyde Park can expect to hear loud music, loud cars and trucks, and bass speakers that shake the ground constantly. There is no quality of life next to this area and PVMM management has allowed this kind of renter to flourish here.
