Overall this apt is okay. It's over priced definitely. Had I known more about fresno I would have rented a house for the same price.
Pros: gated, parking (one covered spot per apt) newer (so clean), safe (security at night), quite
Cons: carpet (low quality and it sheds A LOT you'll notice it when you vacuum), bathroom (there's one switch for both the light and vent. You turn on both all the time. It's loud and annoying), common area (over watered and it's muddy and moldy all the time), no light in the living room
